The Froth Au Lait Professional is the ultimate milk frother that allows you to prepare up to 6 cups of cappuccino (Professional) or 10 cups (Professional Elite) at any given time. Working on the same principle as a blender, the Froth au Lait is equipped with a frothing whip instead of a blade and a stainless steel bottom that heats up the milk in approximately two minutes when it is filled to the maximum level. In this way, you avoid having to add water (steam) to the milk. Additionally, by simply changing the type of whip, it is possible to produce hot milk without froth.
